The test center is equipped with SPECTROMAXx, hydraulic universal testing machine, microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine (GNT200), impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, digital low load Brinell hardness tester, metallurgical microscopy (ZEISS), intergranular corrosion device. The test center carries out 14 types of analyses concerning national and U.S. specifications for stainless steel seamless tubes, ranging from chemical compositional analysis to tensile, impact and hardness tests, all of which have been recognized by CNAS. All physical and chemical performance tests, as well as metallic phase and intergranular corrosion tests, satisfy users’ realistic and potential needs in accuracy.
