YEAR OF QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
1. Describe the essential components of quality management: one aim, two focuses, three no-policy guidelines, four practices, five points, and six no-let-go principles;
2. Operational standardization, including clarification of each process's operation stages, control points, and abnormality handling; improvement of each process's operational standards; and training and testing;
3. The introduction of error prevention techniques: evaluate each procedure, compile a list of frequent errors, and create error mitigation techniques;
4. Promotion of subject improvement for challenging, long-term issues and other quality concerns, in accordance with the PDCA cycle for targeted attacks;
5. Master breakthrough technique: gather experts to demonstrate and instruct beginners in their superior production inspection procedures.
