Zhongda Advanced Material currently has more than 440 employees, including more than 360 male employees. On the occasion of Father's Day, the youth members of Zhongda Advanced Material decided to organize a "Love Scissors" activity for the steel men who are fathers with the original intention of "caring for employees and serving employees".   

At noon on June 18, the two hairdressers invited by the company came to the event venue and asked these fathers their requirements for their own hairstyles. With their skilled skills, they trimmed their hairstyles to their satisfaction. There is no fancy and fashionable style, but the barber "cuts" everyone's smiles, and at the same time "cuts" Zhongda Xincai's deep care for employees.

It wasn't the most comfortable haircut experience, but it was certainly one that met the needs of the workers. Caring starts from the "head", and warmth starts from the "heart".
